Our client has been operating in Portland with the same local owner since 1959, that’s over 55 years of real estate experience. In that time, they’ve created a tradition of having some of the most affordable apartments, townhouses, office space, retail space, and industrial space in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area.

Compensation: $22/hr
Availability: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, route calls, manage voicemail and holiday greetings
- Scan/download documents received from clients and file appropriately
- Retrieve the mail/packages and distribute to employees, coordinate courier services
- Ensure a clean office environment with light cleaning when necessary
- Maintain awareness of calendars and meetings to greet clients
- Maintain office/break room supply inventory through replenishment orders
- Greet visitors upon arrival
- General administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter
- Able to work in an environment with many interruptions and multitask with composure
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Dependable for punctuality and follow-through
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Ability to troubleshoot new problems and provide assistance to our clients and team members
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and projects
- Higher-level experience with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook desired
