Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients in the Medical Step-Down unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and evaluate their needs to provide optimal care and guidance.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed interventions.
• Maintain precise patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association is preferred.
