• Experience with Eye exam intakes, dilation, visual fields, and OCT Testing - [Required]
• Experience with Adult Population - Required
• JCAHPO Certification must be included with submission - [Required]
• Cerner experience - [Preferred]
• Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• JCAHPO
