Position Overview:
HTG is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time salaried position with high commissions and bonuses, offering excellent earning potential. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our recruiting team and will have the opportunity to grow into a Recruiter role—or even transition into sales—as they gain experience and demonstrate success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
- Support job postings and social media recruiting efforts
- Help coordinate onboarding paperwork and processes for new hires
- Collaborate with recruiters and sales team members to meet client staffing needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to learn and grow
- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent candidate experience
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience is a plus but not required
- Interest in career advancement into recruiting or sales
