Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare opportunity is available for a skilled professional with expertise in multiple medical imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography. This contract position involves operating advanced imaging equipment and contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives. The role requires proficiency in at least three of these imaging techniques to support comprehensive patient diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-ray, computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography devices.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in at least three different modalities on a routine basis.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely imaging services.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to guarantee patient and staff safety.
- Assist in aligning departmental efforts with operational goals to improve workflow and patient care.
Qualifications or Desired Experience:
- Proven experience operating X-ray machinery and at least two additional imaging modalities from CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, or mammography.
- Certification or licensure appropriate for medical imaging specialists.
- Strong understanding of imaging technology and safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality imaging results.
