Job 18552: Administrative Assistant
Established personal injury law firm is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a bright and motivated professional with:
• 1+ year(s) of administrative experience in the human resources department of a professional services company
• Office services experience, a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Administrative Assistant will:
• Support the firm’s Executive Director in an administrative capacity
• Provide back-up reception services
• Provide office services support to the firm
Additional information:
• Salary: $55K - $65K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K & more
• Hybrid schedule
