Pattillo, Brown & Hill, L.L.P. is currently seeking a Tax Associate to join our team in our Albuquerque, New Mexico office.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
A Tax Associate prepares various types of federal and state tax returns for clients across a variety of industries. This role also assists with tax planning and consulting projects as well as related research.
SUCCESSFUL CHARACTERISTICS
Strong analytical & critical-thinking skills, detail and deadline oriented, and the ability to multitask.
Positive attitude with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preparation of nonprofit, business and individual tax returns.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook; Adobe Acrobat and tax preparation software.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of experience preparing tax returns.
CPA track.
College undergraduate degree in a related field.
This position can be in-office, fully remote or hybrid.
