Compensation & Differentials
Base Hourly Pay (Tech III):

$27.00 – $37.00/hr (up to 17 years of experience considered for maximum rate)

CV-certified Surgical Technologists may earn up to $45.00/hr, based on experience
Additional Differentials:

Nights: +$3.00/hr
-
Weekends: +$3.00/hr
-
On-Call Pay: +$3.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly experienced OR Surgical Technologist III (Tier 3 – Senior Level) to support complex, high-risk surgical procedures within a large, high-acuity acute care environment.
This role is designed for a seasoned surgical technologist who serves as a clinical expert—trusted to lead cases, anticipate surgeon needs, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate is confident working across multiple specialties, including vascular hybrid procedures involving wire-based techniques.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead scrub for complex and high-risk surgical procedures
-
Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
-
Anticipate surgeon needs through advanced procedural knowledge

Maintain strict sterile field integrity
-
Perform first and second scrub duties, including:
-
Instrument handling
-
Sponging and suctioning
-
Cutting sutures and holding retractors
-
Manipulating endoscopic cameras
-

Support surgical teams caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
-
Act as a mentor and clinical resource for junior OR staff
Required Qualifications
Senior-Level Requirement – Hybrid Vascular Experience is Mandatory

Minimum 1+ year of OR Surgical Technologist experience
-
Proven experience in a vascular hybrid OR, including wire-based endovascular procedures

Ability to function as lead technologist in the following specialties:
-
Robotic Surgery
-
Total Joint Procedures
-
Neuro / Spine
-
Burn
-
Vascular Surgery
-
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable acute care hospital setting

Graduate of an accredited Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT) program

Certification required upon hire:

CST (NBSTSA) or
-
TS-C (NCCT)

BLS certification required (or obtained within 30 days of start date)
