Location: Lansdale, PA (100% Onsite)
Type: Contract / Temporary
Pay Rate: $25-$27 per hour
Overview:
We are seeking a detail?oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our client onsite in Lansdale, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to accuracy, the ability to work efficiently in a fast?paced environment, and experience handling high?volume data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
- Review documents for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files as needed
- Verify data accuracy before inputting
- Run reports and assist with basic administrative duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry or administrative experience required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong typing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work onsite full?time in Lansdale, PA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
