We're hiring a Data Entry Clerk & Customer Service Representative to keep information accurate while delivering top-notch support to our customers. This position offers a mix of focused, detail-driven work and engaging customer interaction in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems with attention to detail

Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Generate basic reports and assist in preparing data for internal analysis

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner

Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset

Communicate product, service, and policy information clearly and effectively

Document all customer interactions and feedback to support service and process improvements

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
