Duties/Responsibilities :
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, inspections, operation, and repair of plumbing systems on property.
- Fixture replacement
- Boiler system knowledge is a plus
- Pipe leaks, clogged drains, pipe replacement, hot water heaters, toilet repairs, etc.
- Must have experience on a commercial level.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in commercial plumbing, including repairs and general maintenance.
- High School Diploma
- Plumbing License (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time, 7:00am - 4:00pm
