What We're Looking For
· Experience That Counts: 8+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience, preferably with Big 4 audit exposure at the Manager/Senior Manager level. Bonus points for oilfield services knowledge, though it’s not required.
· Leadership Track Record: Previous experience managing teams, including accounting managers and staff/senior accountants.
· Integration Expertise: Hands-on involvement in business acquisitions, integrations, and process improvement—you're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in.
· Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required); CPA certification (required); Advanced degree (preferred).
