Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen leadership roles
- Strong tenure with no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years
- Proven experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and department cost controls
- Culinary degree appreciated but not required
