Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen leadership roles</li>
<li>Strong tenure with no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years</li>
<li>Proven experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and department cost controls</li>
<li>Culinary degree appreciated but not required</li>
</ul>
