Job DescriptionJob Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Vernon, CA (On-site)
Our client, a manufacturing company located in Vernon, CA. is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate for this role has at least one year of accounts payable experience within a similar industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation (PO, BOL) and obtain approval prior to processing.
- Enter and post invoices into the computer system (over 120 invoices weekly).
- Ensure invoices are entered into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to all vendor inquiries promptly and with exceptional customer service.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research open POs, and review discrepancies for corrections.
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Ensure that vendor invoices are charged to proper GL accounts and expense tracking accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience preferred.
- R&M (Repair and Maintenance) invoice processing experience preferred.
- Close attention to detail and the ability to function efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and achieve resolution.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Target Pay Range: $20-$24/hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
