This role is responsible for delivering menu items to guests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, including resort-wide pizza delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Completes assigned side-work duties.
• Communicates with kitchen, host and service staff to maintain efficiency and guest service.
• Communicates with bar staff to maintain efficiency and guest service.
• Communicates with each guest when delivering food items.
• Assists with removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and at the completion of the meal.
• Assists with removal of trash during shift.
• Assists in getting ice and other bar items as needed.
• Assists in transporting beer and liquor from bar to Marketplace as needed.
• Assists in kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Deliver pizzas to guests throughout both resort properties in a timely and professional manner.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Prior experience in the food industry preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age with an active driver's license an a year of driving experience.
• Any certification a plus.
