The expected base salary for this role ranges from $550,000 to $650,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on incentives, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonuses, leading to a total target cash compensation between $600,000 and $950,000.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABMS or AOA).
- Licensed in Illinois or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois.
