Home Health Aide (HHA) - Russian Speaking

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) - Russian Speaking to join our team at Constant Care Health Services LLC. Our mission is to provide high-quality, personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while also communicating effectively with our healthcare team and patients' families.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and managing incontinence
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
Monitor patients' vital signs, report changes, and document updates
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in Russian
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Current Home Health Aide certification (HHA) and CPR certification
Ability to communicate effectively in Russian
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
