The Admiral, an Asheville staple for over 18 years, is looking for a passionate and skilled bartender to join our team. We are a locally owned restaurant known for our craft cocktails, fine dining, and exceptional hospitality. If you have experience behind the bar, basic wine knowledge, and a love for delivering top-notch service, we want to meet you!
Position: Bartender
Location: The Admiral, Asheville, NC
Experience Required: Craft cocktail and basic wine knowledge is a must
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beers, and wines with precision and creativity.
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional dining and drinking experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, fine dining etiquette, and wine basics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A true passion for hospitality and providing a memorable experience to every guest.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous bartending experience is preferred, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are just as important.
