Client Relations Representative

Overview
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys helping customers and keeping operations running smoothly?
We’re looking for a Client Relations Representative who will serve as the bridge between our customers and our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll respond to customer email inquiries, resolve issues, and learn the ins and outs of our warehouse systems while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do...
1. Learn Warehouse Operations & Systems
- Participate in initial warehouse training to learn our order fulfillment process and systems.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our warehouse processes and warehouse management system (WMS).
- Use this knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers.
2. Provide Professional Customer Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service complaints via phone and email.
- Maintain clear, grammatically correct, and respectful communication in all interactions.
3. Resolve Customer Issues
- Investigate and clarify customer concerns to identify the root cause.
- Determine and implement effective solutions.
- Follow up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
4. Document Everything
- Record all customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in our ticketing system for transparency and future reference.
5. Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with leads in other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Step in to assist warehouse operations when needed to maintain efficiency.
6. Build Lasting Customer Relationships
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in every interaction.
- Foster trust and a positive customer experience to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Solid general office skills
- Willingness to perform some minor heavy lifting as part of operations
- HubSpot knowledge is a plus!
