Location: Castle Hayne, NC
Shifts: 7:00am - 3:30pm (M-F)
Commitment: 13 Weeks contract with an option to extend
Pay Rate:
No housing - Local: $58/hr
With housing (50+ miles away from permanent): $48/hr
Housing stipend: $30/hr (taxable) + $1240 (tax-free) 2440/40hrs (30/31)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient flow from admission to discharge
- Monitor bed availability and patient needs
- Coordinate transfers with physicians, nurses, and care teams
- Review admission requests for medical necessity
- Ensure proper approvals and pre-certifications
- Support urgent and emergent admissions with utilization teams
- Document all patient and transfer details in the medical record
- Coordinate admissions across departments
- Assign beds based on patient acuity and availability
Requirements:
- Resume – with a minimum of 12 months of Adolescent / Juvenile care experience
- RN - NC license (in good standing)
- Current - BLS/CPR
- 2- current references (supervisors)
- PPD/TB QuantiFERON (within the last 12 months)
- Chest X-rays should have a negative result + TB Questionnaire
- COVID Vaccination documentation
- COVID Declination
- Current physical (within the last 12 months
- MMR, Varicella, Hep B- Vaccination or declination
- Flu Vaccination is Required.
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screen (Within the last 12 Months)
