Tri-Starr Talent is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday varying hours and rotating Saturday
Pay: $16+ hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, services, or products
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and call management systems
- Follow established scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication during all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience required (call center experience preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and strong time-management skills
