Part-Time Snow Removal Crew Member (Whitefish, MT)

Seasonal • December 1 – March 1

Compensation: $25–$30+/hour (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our snow-removal team for the winter season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work with a strong attention to detail, can handle early mornings and cold conditions, and wants part-time hours. This is an ideal side job for someone that enjoys early mornings and mid-day ski schedule.

Position Overview

As a Snow Removal Crew Member, you will help keep residential and small commercial properties clear and safe throughout the winter. Work includes manual labor, shoveling, running a snowblower, and following detailed instructions to ensure high-quality service for our clients.

Job Duties

Shovel walkways, steps, decks, and entryways
Operate a snow blower and basic hand tools
Follow job-specific instructions and safety guidelines
Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Maintain a clean and safe work area at each property
Communicate updates or issues clearly with the team lead

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and ability to perform manual labor
Comfortable working early mornings, in cold, snowy conditions
High attention to detail as our clients expect clean, thorough work
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Flexibility to respond to snowfall as needed
Must have reliable transportation to job sites within Whitefish
Must have appropriate winter gear (boots, gloves, outerwear)
Prior snow-removal or landscaping experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Pay

Seasonal position: December 1 – March 1
Hours vary based on snowfall
Pay: $25–$30/ or more depending on experience
All work is in Whitefish area
