TalentOne is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager with a demonstrated track record of leadership and success in management roles relating to B2B and B2C customers. This position involves overseeing the development of customer service teams across multiple locations and improving overall customer satisfaction to drive organizational success.
Location: Commerce, CA (on site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift
Pay: $70,000/yr

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved
- Collaborate with various departments to improve service
- Monitor customer interactions to identify areas of improvement while maintaining company standards
- Manage shift schedules and staff assignments to optimize team's performance
- Assist in the interview process, training, leading and mentoring of new and existing team members to achieve great performances
Experience:
- Proven experience in Customer Service Management and Leadership
- Effective utilization and integration of new software and technologies (such as ERP systems).
- Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry
