This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing clinic coverage as needed. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive care team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care without the demands of nights, weekends, or panel management.

Compensation & Benefits

Highly competitive base salary range: $148,520 - $172,130

Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California
1-2 years of clinical experience preferredBilingual Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish preferredComfort with both in-person and virtual care delivery
Strong adaptability, communication, and team-based care skills
