We are seeking a Civil Designer/Project Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to support our land development team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who wants to build a career in civil engineering. You will work directly with senior staff on projects, with significant opportunities for mentorship and professional development. In this role, you will support our team on a variety of land development projects, gaining hands-on experience and contributing directly to project success.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the preparation of site development plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create surfaces, alignments, profiles, and pipe networks.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Develop site and project concepts.
• Prepare design calculations and assist with technical reports.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from senior engineers and client review.

What We're Looking For:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in a civil engineering environment.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design tasks.
• A desire to learn and develop new skills in a professional setting.
• The ability to manage your tasks and take initiative on assignments.
