At Total Care ABA, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes, schools, and communities throughout Maine.

As a BHP, you'll work directly with children and families while receiving ongoing support and guidance from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Whether you are an experienced BHP or looking to build a career in behavioral health, this is an opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and document data related to client progress

  • Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families

  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team

  • Support each child's individual goals and progress


What We're Looking For

  • Current BHP certification required — we can help you obtain certification if needed!

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with children preferred, but not required

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus

  • A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach

  • A genuine interest in helping children and families succeed

Flexible Schedule Options

Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time: 10–20 hours per week

Flexible shift options available

Services are provided in person throughout Maine.
