We are seeking a professional and energetic Call Center Customer Service Manager in Carrollton TX, to lead and develop a team of representatives in a high-volume call center environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, coaching and motivating your team, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring customers receive best-in-class service. The ideal candidate will have proven call center leadership experience, a strong background in customer service operations, and a friendly, outgoing personality that inspires and energizes their team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of call center customer service management experience
- Industry experience in HVAC, pest control, or home services strongly preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
- Service-oriented with the ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm fully in-office
