Job Title: Pediatrician – Outpatient Pediatric Early Intervention Clinic
Location: Staten Island, New York
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $220,000.00 - $250,000 per year + benefits
We are a dedicated Outpatient Pediatric Early Intervention Clinic in New York, serving children ages 2 to 18 with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and medical needs. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with families to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about developmental pediatrics and early intervention.
Job Duties:
- Provide outpatient pediatric care for children and adolescents, ages 2–18
- Perform developmental screenings, evaluations, and health assessments
- Monitor growth, development, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, educators, and families
- Participate in care planning and intervention strategies for children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other conditions
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with all regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with a completed Pediatric Residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
- Valid New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or interest in developmental pediatrics or early intervention preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
