By graduation, you will have:

Compensation
- Hourly pay + commission

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$16 - $18 hourly + commission
Responsibilities:
- Engage and guide current and prospective homeowners through the initial stages
- Leverage warm calling techniques to establish rapport, build trust, and nurture relationships
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by employing active listening and strategic questioning techniques
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively position products/services
- Prepare diligently for the NMLS state exam
Qualifications:
- Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
- At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness)
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members
- Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role
- Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for quickly building rapport with clients
- A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is important
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills are key attributes for success in this position
