Robert Half Finance &amp; Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Louis seeking a full-time Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will work across the organization to fulfill reporting requirements and provide financial management guidance.

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Responsibilities:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive financial and strategic analysis to support growth initiatives
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor business performance through KPIs and actionable insights
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide executive-level decision support and recommendations
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop financial models to evaluate opportunities and guide strategy
 
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a construction environment
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advanced Excel with ERP experience
