Position: Vascular Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Flushing, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Day Shift – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Pay:

• Local: $2,662 per week

• Travel: $3,244 per week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to perform vascular imaging procedures and assist physicians in evaluating blood flow and vascular conditions. The technologist will operate ultrasound equipment, ensure accurate imaging, and provide quality patient care during examinations.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound examinations and Doppler studies

• Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images

• Conduct vascular diagnostic procedures including ABI testing

• Ensure proper patient positioning during imaging procedures

• Provide clear instructions and maintain patient comfort during exams

• Document imaging results and patient information in EMR systems

• Follow imaging protocols and safety standards

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Training Program

• Vascular Ultrasound training

• ARDMS (RVT) or CCI RVT Certification

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist

• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC or other EMR systems

• Experience in hospital or outpatient diagnostic imaging settings

• Experience with vascular ultrasound systems
