A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in the Kansas City area, including assignments in Overland Park, KS. This contract position involves providing direct support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade across multiple campuses. Candidates can expect to cover between 1 to 3 school sites during their assignment, with specific caseload and school details to be determined and shared during the interview process.
This role welcomes qualified professionals holding certifications as SLP CCCs, SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), with all services required to be performed on-site. The position is structured for 37.5 hours per week and runs from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified or licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF), or licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple campuses
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with school staff and families
- Commitment to on-site work in the Kansas City metropolitan area
