Seeking a Dental Hygienist!
Our organization, a friendly team of seven, is looking to welcome a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our family!
Office hours are as follows: Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While we prefer a full-time commitment, we are also open to part-time candidates.

Essential Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as applicable).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Current CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
- Ability to address clinical requirements as needed by the office.
- Open to both recent graduates and seasoned hygienists.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
