What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Recording and reconciling general ledger activity from CRM and operating systems
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in QuickBooks
  • Managing multiple monthly bank and credit card transactions
  • Handling accounts payable for key vendors while monitoring cash flow
  • Reconciling merchant and payment processor activity, resolving discrepancies
  • Completing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Reviewing payroll processed by third-party providers
  • Communicating with business owners, providing financial updates and insights

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required)
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
