What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Recording and reconciling general ledger activity from CRM and operating systems
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in QuickBooks
- Managing multiple monthly bank and credit card transactions
- Handling accounts payable for key vendors while monitoring cash flow
- Reconciling merchant and payment processor activity, resolving discrepancies
- Completing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Reviewing payroll processed by third-party providers
- Communicating with business owners, providing financial updates and insights
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
