Your Role in Shaping Tomorrow’s Flight
We’re seeking an experienced Aerospace Logistics Specialist to join a fast-paced team driving innovation for next-gen military aircraft. In this key role, you’ll help design support systems that ensure maintainability, affordability, and mission readiness. This is more than a job — it's your chance to influence aircraft design from the inside out.
What You’ll Do
As part of a dynamic Integrated Product Team (IPT), you’ll collaborate with engineers, technical writers, and military support personnel to build innovative, maintainable aircraft support systems. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and task/maintenance plan development

Creating and validating provisioning/supply support data
-
Developing technical manuals, including IETMs, IPBs, and RPSTLs
-
Ensuring supportability aligns with MIL-STD guidelines and documentation
-
Applying your knowledge of SlicWave, S1000D, and GEIA-STD-007 to drive results
-
Preparing and presenting logistics data for program reviews
-
Meeting performance targets for quality, cost, and schedule
What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for passionate maintainers and detail-driven professionals with a knack for solving complex logistics challenges.
Required:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
3+ years of military aviation experience or 5+ years in civilian aviation
-
Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-
Familiarity with logistics product data software and standards (e.g., SlicWave, S1000D, GEIA-STD-007)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: 30.00 to 50.00 per hour
