Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center
North Andover, MA
$48–$52/hour
Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping residents regain mobility, improve function, and achieve meaningful recovery in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
Position Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on gait training, balance, strengthening, endurance, mobility, transfers, and pain management
- Reassess resident progress and modify treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
