Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Lakewood, CO

Setting: Center-based

Population Served: Ages 3-21

Years in Operation: 23 years

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am-4:00 pm

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

Design and oversee ABA programming, including behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition goals, and treatment plans for learners with complex needs
Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, etc.) and write detailed clinical reports and recommendations
Supervise and train RBTs/clinical staff, ensuring high treatment integrity and strong team performance
Provide direct clinical and crisis support, including physical intervention when necessary
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Speech, OT, Special Education Coordinator) and support IEP development with school districts and familie

Base salary: $85-95K
Bonus structure: Quarterly bonus launching in July
