Bob Boyte Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Accounting Associate to join our team in Biloxi, MS. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department in daily operations. This position offers a competitive salary range of $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 (based on experience) per year and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and reputable automotive group.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, reconcile statements, and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in audits and compliance activities as required.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties and maintain organized financial files.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
