We're seeking a highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant with experience in financial services or tax preparation to support daily operations and leadership. This role manages schedules, prepares documents, handles confidential financial information, and ensures smooth office workflow.
This role is contract to hire and fully onsite in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and client documents
- Process Tax Returns and E-filing tax returns
- Prepare engagement letters
- Maintain secure financial and tax-related files
- Support Various departments and use various firm systems, tools and software
- Assist with invoices, budget support, and basic financial reporting
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and vendors
- Support seasonal tax cycles, audits, and special projects
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years administrative experience (financial or tax environment preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.50 per hour
