Job Description🚀 Operator – Precision Semiconductor Manufacturing
Location: Niagara Falls, NY
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) | 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay: $17-20

As an Operator, you’ll execute precision screen printing on thin film components used in semiconductor manufacturing for mission-critical applications. 🔧 What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment with precision
- Apply specialized paste per engineering specs
- Perform visual alignment checks and cure printed ink in furnaces
- Clean and maintain screens and machines after each run
- Ensure quality and consistency in every component
🧠 What You Bring
- Experience in production, cleanroom, or machine operation
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow technical documents
- Basic math and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
🎯 Bonus Skills
- Laser operation, packaging, and general fabrication experience
- Familiarity with inserter machines and quality checks
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
