We are seeking a Quality Manager / Supplier ODA Focal to lead quality management and regulatory compliance programs in Plainfield, Indiana. This role will oversee quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while serving as the primary FAA Supplier ODA focal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
What You’ll Do

• Lead quality management programs (ISO/AS/TS compliance, audits, CPAR, SPC, CQIB).
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Manage ODA Unit Member records, training, audits, and FAA communications.
• Partner with leadership to align quality goals with corporate objectives.
• Supervise and develop quality department teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in Quality Assurance/Control.
• ODA certification/industry credential with FAA regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with ISO/QS 9000, SPC, audits, and quality systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: ASQ certification, ISO Lead Assessor, and 5+ years QA/ODA Focal experience.Why Join Us
