Responsibilities include:
- Inventory data & computer skills mandatory
- Track inventory, stock changes and investigate problems
- Oversee inventory control and maintaining inventory records
- Process orders as required
- Verify accuracy of physical inventory when needed
- Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment and distribution means
- Work closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation
- Understanding of HAZMAT, IATA, IMDG and DOT regulations or ability to learn
Communication / IT:
- Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling.
- Order management systems
- 3rd Party Inventory Systems
Required Experience:
- Strong computer skills
- Strong Written/Verbal Communication
- Analytic/strategic thinker
- Creative Problem solving.
- Must be self-starter and can work independently.
- Must have proven ability to work in a fast pace entrepreneurial team environment
Special Skills/Certifications:
- MRP, inventory, and logistics functional expertise helpful
- SAP & Footprint experience preferred
