Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Needed ($37.01/hr)
Workforce1 Healthcare Career Center is partnering with top NYC healthcare providers to connect qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to an immediate opening at a clinic in the Bronx.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, manage the patients' flow and conduct patient intake.
- Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
- Monitor and record vital signs and overall patient health status.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and basic treatments.
- Perform suture removal, specimen collection, and phlebotomy.
- Document patient information in EMR and maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms.
- Educate patients on medication, procedures, and general health care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience required in ambulatory setting. Open to New Grads.
- NYS LPN License and Registration.
- BLS Certification by American Heart Association.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred but not required.
