Position Overview
The Resource Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for building trust, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the engagement process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating effectively, solving problems, and creating long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the client experience
- Conduct phone and in-person consultations
- Understand client needs and objectives
- Present available options and opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Meet individual and team performance goals
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Sales, customer service, account management, or consulting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
