Job DescriptionPart-Time Customer Service Representative (Temporary)
Fully Onsite | Weekends Required | 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles who are looking to grow their skills in a professional call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and input information using a computerized scheduling system

  • Enter new customer details and update existing records

  • Perform data entry into spreadsheets and databases

  • Communicate updates and verify appointment statuses with customers

  • Resolve service-related concerns and escalate as needed

  • Prepare daily summaries and reports based on scheduled activities

  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned

Schedule & Location:

  • Part-time hours: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Includes weekends

  • Fully onsite position

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Prior customer service experience

  • Computer literate with strong data entry skills

  • Excellent communication and listening abilities

  • Flexible and dependable with the ability to work assigned shifts

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
