Forklift Operator - 1st Shift
Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate at our state-of-the-art facility in Franklin, WI, where you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. As a leader in the industry, we specialize in AC/DC drives for various sectors, and our warehouse associates are vital to ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Process orders and pick parts for internal work.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including handling BOLs and packing slips.
- Utilize RF scanners effectively for inventory management.
- Use ERP systems, with familiarity in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft AX, or similar data entry systems.
- Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, or walkie riders efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks with materials accurately.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of material handling or forklift experience.
- 2+ years of experience in loading/unloading materials.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners.
- Experience with ERP systems for inventory and order processing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Experience utilizing pallet wrappers.
- Technological savvy.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment
Experience a comfortable work environment with 1st shift hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Our facility is climate-controlled and requires safety attire including steel toe shoes and safety glasses.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.10/hr.
