Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing services, support patients and families, and help ensure continuity of care outside of hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
- Monitor patient health status and document progress accurately
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and family members
- Educate patients and families on disease management and home care practices
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Must have passed the NCLEX-RN
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home health, geriatrics, or private duty care
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- At least 2 years of working experience
