Responsibilities
The following responsibilities will be expected for this position:
- Warmly greet guests and ensure a welcoming environment upon their arrival.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and adeptly handle inquiries about our offerings.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Proactively engage with patrons to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Efficiently manage checks and process payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, assisting in restocking supplies.
- Check patrons' identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Requirements
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurants or bars is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to effectively communicate
- Thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and collaborates well within a team
- Projects professionalism and a friendly demeanor consistently
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
