Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving students in a K-12 educational setting located in Santa Ana, CA. This is an in-person contract role supporting the communication and learning needs of children across all grade levels.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings preferred
- Background providing services in K-12 school environments
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educators
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language challenges
- Develop tailored therapy plans and deliver direct treatment to students
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
