Job Description

A growing organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead AP operations, supervise a small team, and drive process improvements. This role will oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and inventory-related accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Apply now!

What You Will Do:

Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations and payment processes
Lead, mentor, and develop AP staff
Oversee vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
Perform account reconciliations and investigate accounting variances
Support inventory accounting, purchase-to-pay, and receiving workflows
Maintain compliance with internal controls, audits, and 1099 reporting
Identify and implement process improvements

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of accounting/AP experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
Experience with inventory accounting and purchasing workflows (strongly preferred)
Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
CPA or public accounting experience is a plus
